What it is

2Reps is a progressive web app for tracking your strength and cardio training. It runs in your browser, installs to your home screen, and works offline once loaded. Your data stays on your device by default; cloud sync is optional and free.

Strength training

Log every set: sets, reps, weight (kg or lbs). Per-exercise charts show your progression over time, including estimated 1-rep max (Epley formula) so heavier-but-fewer and lighter-but-more reps both count as progress. The PR list ranks your best lifts by estimated 1RM and shows the actual weight × reps you performed.

Cardio and movement

Track running, cycling, swimming, rowing, walking, HIIT, climbing, and group classes (yoga, pilates, dance, combat sports). Sessions record duration, distance, and average pace where applicable.

Privacy

Local-first. Your training data is stored in your browser's localStorage. If you sign in, it syncs to a Supabase backend over HTTPS — you can delete your account at any time and the data is removed. No third-party analytics beyond a privacy-respecting page-view counter (Umami).

English and German (Deutsch). Switch from Settings inside the app.
